Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is needed for urgent care—walk-ins are always welcome during business hours. For wellness, dental, and surgical visits, please call or book ahead.
What types of pets do you treat?
We primarily care for dogs and cats. Please contact us if you have questions about other small pets.
Do you offer wellness care and vaccinations?
Yes! Routine wellness exams and vaccinations are available by appointment to help keep your pet healthy year-round.
Do you require deposits for appointments?
Yes, deposits are required for some scheduled appointments. The deposit amount goes directly toward your final bill.
Can I fill out my forms before my visit?
Absolutely! You can complete your New Client Form or Surgery Consent Form online before your appointment to save time.

We’re located at 3514 Highway 36 S, Suite 900, Rosenberg, TX 77471, proudly serving Rosenberg and the surrounding Fort Bend communities.
What urgent care conditions do you treat?
We treat a wide range of non-life-threatening emergencies, such as vomiting, diarrhea, ear infections, limping, and minor injuries.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, CareCredit, and Cherry. Please note we do not accept checks.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we partner with Cherry and CareCredit to make it easier to manage your pet’s care costs.
How do I schedule surgery for my pet?
You’ll first schedule a consultation with our veterinarian. Once approved, we’ll help you select a date and provide pre-surgery instructions.
